DefinitionOne of the richest metaphors in the KJV for the totality of a person's relationship with God — their daily conduct, moral character, and orientation of life. To "walk with God" (as Enoch and Noah did) describes intimate fellowship and moral alignment. To walk "after the flesh" or "in darkness" describes the opposite.
