Zechariah 8:19
The Scripture
(19) Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

In this chapter the people of Judah are warned that their idolatry and neglect of God will bring disaster, and God declares that He will punish them for their iniquities. He also promises that He will bring a day of restoration when they turn back to Him and follow His laws. The chapter emphasizes the seriousness of sin and the hope of divine mercy.
