The Scripture
(6) And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
The Israelites camp at the Jordan River while the spies continue to report that the land is ready for their entry. The chapter stresses that God has prepared the way and that the people must trust Him and obey His command to cross at the appointed time. It reminds the community that their success depends on faithful obedience and divine guidance.
