Nehemiah 4:11
The Scripture
(11) And our adversaries said, They shall not know, neither see, till we come in the midst among them, and slay them, and cause the work to cease.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
Nehemiah 4 describes the people of Jerusalem who have returned from exile and are facing a severe famine with little food and unfinished walls. They complain to their leaders that there is no provision and pray for help, and God answers by sending a great harvest to feed them.
