Leviticus 2:13
The Scripture
(13) And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
God tells Moses to bring the firstborn male animal of the flock and a male goat, and to slaughter them on the day of the Passover, using the blood for atonement. The blood is to be placed on the tent of meeting to separate the people of Israel from the other nations.
