II Chronicles 18:17
The Scripture
(17) And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would not prophesy good unto me, but evil?
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
Jehoshaphat allied with Ahab and agreed to join him in battle against Ramoth-gilead, but the prophet Micaiah alone warned that Ahab would be deceived by a lying spirit and would fall in battle, unlike the four hundred false prophets who promised victory. Ahab disguised himself for the battle but was struck by a random arrow and died, fulfilling Micaiah's prophecy.
