(1) Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

(22) This is one thing, therefore I said it, He destroyeth the perfect and the wicked.

(17) Which said unto God, Depart from us: and what can the Almighty do for them?

(28) And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

(24) If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, Thou art my confidence;

(6) And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion.

(7) I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.

(10) Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.

(17) I said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion.

(1) Furthermore Elihu answered and said,

(5) For Job hath said, I am righteous: and God hath taken away my judgment.

(9) For he hath said, It profiteth a man nothing that he should delight himself with God.

(31) Surely it is meet to be said unto God, I have borne chastisement, I will not offend any more:

(11) And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

(7) And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.

(7) I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

(6) He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for I shall never be in adversity.

(11) He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: he hideth his face; he will never see it.

(13) Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God? he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it.

(4) Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
