(20) Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

(1) To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, Maschil. We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old.

(1) To the chief Musician, Maschil, A Psalm of David, when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said unto him, David is come to the house of Ahimelech. Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually.

(3) Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

(9) For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.

(6) Yea, though he live a thousand years twice told, yet hath he seen no good: do not all go to one place?

(2) And it was told the house of David, saying, Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart was moved, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the wood are moved with the wind.

(22) Then came Eliakim, the son of Hilkiah, that was over the household, and Shebna the scribe, and Joah, the son of Asaph, the recorder, to Hezekiah with their clothes rent, and told him the words of Rabshakeh.

(21) Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?

(8) Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

(21) Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

(15) So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.

(20) And they went in to the king into the court, but they laid up the roll in the chamber of Elishama the scribe, and told all the words in the ears of the king.

(27) Then came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and asked him: and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. So they left off speaking with him; for the matter was not perceived.

(7) Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof.

(8) But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,

(1) In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

(16) I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.

(26) And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

(10) Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and said unto him, Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them.

(5) Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

(2) For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.

(33) And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.

(48) But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?

(12) And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.

(31) So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.

(25) Behold, I have told you before.

(13) Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

(7) And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.

(14) And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

(16) And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.

(33) But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

(30) And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

(12) And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.

(10) And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

(13) And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.

(45) And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

(17) And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.

(18) And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.

(20) And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

(20) And it was told him by certain which said, Thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to see thee.

(34) When they that fed them saw what was done, they fled, and went and told it in the city and in the country.

(36) They also which saw it told them by what means he that was possessed of the devils was healed.

(10) And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.

(36) And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.

(1) There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

(37) And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.

(9) And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.

(10) It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.

(35) And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
