(18) And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

(20) Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.

(2) Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

(11) Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

(6) And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

(16) But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

(19) And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

(17) And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
