(9) O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.

(12) The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.

(2) Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

(4) Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

(4) Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

(1) A Song of degrees of David. If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;

(5) As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.

(6) Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.

(1) A Song of degrees. Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:

(7) Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

(8) And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

(3) Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.

(4) For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.

(12) And gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.

(19) Bless the LORD, O house of Israel: bless the LORD, O house of Aaron:

(11) And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:

(14) And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:

(22) Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.

(2) The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.

(19) He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.

(14) He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

(2) Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

(12) I the Preacher was king over Israel in Jerusalem.

(7) Behold his bed, which is Solomon's; threescore valiant men are about it, of the valiant of Israel.

(3) The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.

(4) Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

(24) Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:

(2) In that day shall the branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.

(7) For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

(19) That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

(24) Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

(1) And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up toward Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it.

(14) And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

(18) Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

(8) The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.

(12) The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(14) Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.

(17) And the light of Israel shall be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame: and it shall burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day;

(20) And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.

(22) For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.

(12) And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

(16) And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

(6) Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

(1) For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

(2) And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.

(3) The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts.

(6) Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel.

(7) At that day shall a man look to his Maker, and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel.
