The Scripture
(11) And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
In this chapter the people of Israel are warned that they will face severe oppression and hardship, with the land becoming barren and the people suffering. False prophets will rise among them, urging false hope while the true God remains silent. The chapter ends with a call to remember God’s past deliverances and trust in His future judgment.
