The Scripture
(2) Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.

The psalmist declares that the Lord is holy and that His entire creation belongs to Him. He says that the earth and everything upon it are His and that He will judge and destroy the wicked. The chapter ends with a call to praise Him.
