(3) LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!

The psalmist declares that his soul is in God’s house and that God is his refuge and strength. He thanks God for his deliverance from enemies and for the presence of God in the temple, expressing confidence that God will protect him and fulfill his promises.
