The Scripture
(5) For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.

The chapter portrays a wicked person as a wolf that devours the righteous. It warns that the wicked will be destroyed while the righteous are safe. The psalmist ends with the assurance that the righteous will be saved.
