(15) Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

In this chapter David thanks God for his rescue from the Philistines and for the Lord’s faithfulness to keep his life safe. He declares that the Lord is his strength and that his enemies will be destroyed. The psalmist reminds readers to trust God’s protection and to rejoice in His deliverance.
