Leviticus 27:23
The Scripture
(23) Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

In this chapter the Israelites are instructed to deal with debts and restitution, establishing rules for settling debts and compensating those who have been wronged. It also covers the penalties for breaking the covenant, including the death penalty for certain offenses, and the process for making atonement through the sprinkling of blood.
