The Scripture
(18) The caldrons also, and the shovels, and the snuffers, and the bowls, and the spoons, and all the vessels of brass wherewith they ministered, took they away.

In this chapter Jeremiah declares that the people of Judah have sinned and will be punished, and that the king of Babylon will bring judgment. He emphasizes that the nation's wickedness has led to its destruction and that only God can rescue them. The chapter ends with a warning that the time of judgment is near.
