(11) Because ye were glad, because ye rejoiced, O ye destroyers of mine heritage, because ye are grown fat as the heifer at grass, and bellow as bulls;

In Jeremiah chapter fifty the prophet declares that the Babylonians will capture the king of Judah and that Jerusalem will be destroyed. He also warns that God will judge the people for their sins and that the remnant will be saved.
