Exodus 27:8

In this chapter the Israelites begin to construct the tabernacle and its furnishings as God instructs Moses, setting aside the Ark of the Covenant and the lampstand. The altar and the veil are also prepared, and the priests are assigned their duties to maintain the holy place.
