II Chronicles 21:17
The Scripture
(17) And they came up into Judah, and brake into it, and carried away all the substance that was found in the king's house, and his sons also, and his wives; so that there was never a son left him, save Jehoahaz, the youngest of his sons.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
Jehoram became king of Judah and killed all his brothers, walking in the wicked ways of the house of Ahab because he had married Ahab's daughter, and as a result Edom and Libnah revolted against Judah. Elijah sent Jehoram a letter of judgment, and the LORD afflicted him with invasions and a painful, incurable bowel disease that eventually killed him, and he died unlamented.
