II Chronicles 21:1
The Scripture
(1) Now Jehoshaphat slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David. And Jehoram his son reigned in his stead.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
Jehoram became king of Judah and killed all his brothers, walking in the wicked ways of the house of Ahab because he had married Ahab's daughter, and as a result Edom and Libnah revolted against Judah. Elijah sent Jehoram a letter of judgment, and the LORD afflicted him with invasions and a painful, incurable bowel disease that eventually killed him, and he died unlamented.
