The Scripture
(33) And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

In this chapter the Israelites begin building the temple for God under the leadership of Solomon, David’s son. The people give their offerings and the priests are appointed to serve in the new house. The narrative ends with a description of the completed temple and the joy of the assembly.
