Romans 11:13

Paul writes to the believers in Jerusalem, reminding them that they are God’s chosen people yet also that God’s mercy extends to the Gentiles. He explains that the election of Israel is not a permanent exclusion but a temporary state that God may change, emphasizing that all are included in Christ. The chapter highlights the tension between divine election and the inclusive nature of salvation.
