(7) And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

The dead who are not redeemed are thrown into the lake of fire, while those who have been saved are given new life and will reign with Christ. This chapter emphasizes judgment, the final resurrection and the promise of eternal life for the faithful.
