The Scripture
(3) And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

In the last day the dead are judged and the dead are raised. The dead who are not redeemed are thrown into the lake of fire, while those who have been saved are given new life and will reign with Christ. This chapter emphasizes judgment, the final resurrection and the promise of eternal life for the faithful.
