Chapter overview (whole chapter)

It encourages building a household through wisdom and knowledge rather than brute strength, and calls for courage in the face of adversity and justice in the face of oppression. The chapter ends with a short parable of the sluggard's overgrown vineyard, drawing the lesson that poverty and ruin come to those who sleep through their responsibilities.
