Nehemiah 4:13
The Scripture
(13) Therefore set I in the lower places behind the wall, and on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their swords, their spears, and their bows.

Nehemiah 4 describes the people of Jerusalem who have returned from exile and are facing a severe famine with little food and unfinished walls. They complain to their leaders that there is no provision and pray for help, and God answers by sending a great harvest to feed them.
