Nehemiah 2:17
The Scripture
(17) Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.

Nehemiah goes to the people of Jerusalem and asks them to bring timber, stone, and other materials for rebuilding the walls. The people respond by providing the needed resources and also a well of water, showing their willingness to cooperate.
