The Scripture
(10) And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots:

In this chapter God declares that He will punish the proud city of Tyre for its rebellion and the wickedness of its people, while He shows compassion toward Jerusalem and promises to restore it. He also reminds the people that their sins have brought their enemies close, but His love will never abandon them.
