Micah 1:13
The Scripture
(13) O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.

In this chapter the prophet Micah declares that God has become angry with Jerusalem because of its wickedness. He tells the people to turn from their evil ways and seek the Lord, promising that He will judge them. The chapter sets the tone for God's judgment and the call to repentance.
