(59) I tell thee, thou shalt not depart thence, till thou hast paid the very last mite.

In Luke 12 Jesus warns his disciples about fear, urging them to consider what is truly important. He tells them that worry and greed will not bring lasting peace, and that God provides for their needs. The chapter ends with Jesus speaking of the kingdom of God as a treasure hidden and guarded.
