Leviticus 27:21
The Scripture
(21) But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

In this chapter the Israelites are instructed to deal with debts and restitution, establishing rules for settling debts and compensating those who have been wronged. It also covers the penalties for breaking the covenant, including the death penalty for certain offenses, and the process for making atonement through the sprinkling of blood.
