The Scripture
(16) But Ehud made him a dagger which had two edges, of a cubit length; and he did gird it under his raiment upon his right thigh.

In this chapter the Israelites, under the leadership of Gideon, defeat the Midianites who had been oppressing them for years, and Gideon’s people are given the chance to be free. The chapter also shows the theme of God’s judgment and the people’s response to His call.
