The Scripture
(13) But if ye cannot declare it me, then shall ye give me thirty sheets and thirty change of garments. And they said unto him, Put forth thy riddle, that we may hear it.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
In this chapter the Israelites are threatened by the Midianites, but God supplies water to the camp, allowing them to defeat the enemy. The people are grateful and content, showing that God’s providence meets their needs. The passage teaches that God’s care is sufficient even in fear.
