The Scripture
(15) And the south quarter was from the end of Kirjathjearim, and the border went out on the west, and went out to the well of waters of Nephtoah:

In this chapter the Israelites are told to divide the land among their tribes according to the boundaries set by Moses. The tribes are assigned specific portions of the Promised Land, and the people are instructed to keep the covenant and not take any of the land that belongs to another tribe.
