John 7:18
The Scripture
(18) He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

John 7 records Jesus' teaching during the Feast of Tabernacles, where he explains that his miracles are signs and that he will perform a sign on the earth. The chapter also shows the Jews' confusion over his identity, leading Jesus to speak about the Son of Man and his death.
