(25) He saith among the trumpets, Ha, ha; and he smelleth the battle afar off, the thunder of the captains, and the shouting.

In this chapter God addresses Job and declares His power over all creation, from the sea’s springs to the wind and the earth itself. He reminds Job that He alone determines the lives of animals and the course of the world, showing His complete knowledge and control.
