Job 39:21

In this chapter God addresses Job and declares His power over all creation, from the sea’s springs to the wind and the earth itself. He reminds Job that He alone determines the lives of animals and the course of the world, showing His complete knowledge and control. The passage also includes God’s instruction to Job to be gracious to those who are in distress.
