Jeremiah 4:15

In this chapter Jeremiah records God’s declaration that He will punish Jerusalem severely because of its rebellion, and that the city will face destruction and exile. He emphasizes that the punishment is not for the people’s fault alone but a consequence of their disobedience. The chapter sets the tone for the prophet’s call to repentance and warning of divine judgment.
