The Scripture
(19) The cities of the south shall be shut up, and none shall open them: Judah shall be carried away captive all of it, it shall be wholly carried away captive.

Jeremiah 13 describes the coming judgment of God on Israel, calling it the Day of the Lord, a time of great destruction and repentance. The chapter warns that the day will bring fire and ruin, but also that God will bring a time of peace after the judgment.
