The Scripture
(7) And this shall be a sign unto thee from the LORD, that the LORD will do this thing that he hath spoken;
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
In this chapter the prophet describes the people's longing for God's presence and their desire for a dwelling place in his temple. He reminds them that God will provide a place of rest and a sanctuary where they may worship, contrasting their current emptiness with God's promised sanctuary.
