Galatians 5:11
The Scripture
(11) And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased.

It then lists the fruit of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self‑control - and says that those who live in these qualities will not be bound by sin.
