Ezekiel 31:16
The Scripture
(16) I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth.
Chapter overview (whole chapter)
In this chapter God commands Ezekiel to examine the people of Israel and find that they have broken the covenant, especially by worshiping other gods and sacrificing to them. The chapter ends with a warning that the nation will be destroyed unless they repent and return to the true worship of Yahweh.
