The Scripture
(6) In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.

In this chapter the wise son of Hecalaih reflects on the futility of human plans and the uncertainty of life, urging the reader to store up treasures in heaven rather than in earthly possessions. He also warns against trusting in the fleeting nature of wealth and the importance of trusting God's providence over human schemes.
