Deuteronomy 6:4

Deuteronomy 6 presents a call for the Israelites to love the Lord with all their heart and to teach that love to their children. It emphasizes obeying God's commandments, walking in his ways, and not turning away from his law. The chapter stresses that the commandments are written on the heart, not just on the lips.
