Deuteronomy 16:3
The Scripture
(3) Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

Deuteronomy 16 commands Israel to observe the Passover in the month of Abib, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Tabernacles at the place the Lord chooses, appearing before Him with freewill offerings and rejoicing. It instructs them to appoint judges and officers in every town to judge the people with righteous judgment, showing no partiality and taking no bribe. The chapter closes by forbidding them to plant a grove or set up any image beside the Lord's altar, which He hates.
