Amos 9:6
The Scripture
(6) It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.

In Amos 9 the prophet warns that God will not deliver Israel if they persist in rejecting Him, but He will bring judgment on the wicked. He also assures that the righteous will be saved and that the day of the Lord will bring restoration.
