The Scripture
(13) And after certain days king Agrippa and Bernice came unto Caesarea to salute Festus.

Paul is brought before the Roman governor and then to Caesar, where he is questioned about his ministry. Paul explains that he is not a Jew and not a citizen, and that his work is to proclaim the gospel to the Gentiles. He is released and goes back to Jerusalem.
