(20) And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.

Paul and Barnabas travel to Antioch and then to Athens where they preach to both Jews and Gentiles. After facing opposition, they go to Corinth and Cenchreae, where they are arrested and imprisoned. Their mission highlights the spread of the gospel among both Jewish and Gentile communities.
