(16) Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience.

Paul and Barnabas travel to Antioch and then to Athens where they preach to both Jews and Gentiles. After facing opposition, they go to Corinth and Cenchreae, where they are arrested and imprisoned. Their mission highlights the spread of the gospel among both Jewish and Gentile communities.
